The full name of organization is LEAD FOUNDATION, Here LEAD is abbreviation of “Leading to Economic Empowerment through Agriculture and Dairy Development”.

The People

LEAD Foundation was established by a group of highly professional, young and energetic people who are highly motivated and committed for contributing their time, skills and energies for the development and empowerment of socially disadvantaged and vulnerable communities in Pakistan and addressing poverty issues and gender based discrimination.

Type & Nature of Organization

Lead Foundation is an independent, non-political and not for profit organization by a group of professional, dynamic Dairy Technologists and social workers with a vision that societies need sustainable development for which there is a need to create enabling environment for every segment of society, to make them part of development and decision making. We belief for the use of participatory approaches through which the most vulnerable community is empowered by building their capacity to think, plan, implement and monitor projects on their own.
