LEAD has implemented 11 small and medium projects of including: 

  • dairy Value chain studies,
  • Feasibility study of small and medium enterprise development.
  • Value chain studies in KPK , Sindh and Punjab
  • Training on milk value added products of women,
  • Enterprise development of women livestock farmers,
  • Value addition input,
  • Technical trainings to both men and women,
  • Training on milk quality testing at community and milk collection shop level,
  • Technical assistance for installation of milk collection equipment and machinery,
  • Capacity building of livestock farmers both male and female regarding milk management and handling on hygiene principles.

Above project has been implemented in several districts of Punjab like (Vehari, Muzafargarh, Lahore,Khanewal, Pakpattan, Sahiwal).

  • Hevitas (INGO) KPK dairy Value chain study ( On going)
  • Women Economic Empowerment through enhanced participation in Dairy Sector a project of Global Affair Canada in Partnership with Plan International in Three districts of Punjab.
  • Sindh Agriculture growth project Sindh A project funded by World Bank in partnership with Government of Sindh.
  • Plan Pakistan (PMVCP) successfully installed 100 chiller at very suitable villages, Training of FMC resulting no milk spoilage throughout the project, Successful in getting the highest milk price at village level from the processors.
  • Nestle Pakistan 3 Dairy Hub (A community dairy Development Program) established by the Lead Team
  • Haleeb Foods One Dairy Hub Established by Lead Team
  • Engro Foods One Dairy Hub established by Lead Team
  • Nirala Dairy Milk Collection set up in Tandaliyanwala area
  • De’Laval Designed Dairy HUB Project for Tetrapak and DeLaval Pakistan.
  • Benazir Income support program (BISP) Technical training provided to 500 participants
  • PRAN Dairies Bangladesh Establishment of Milk Collection network 40,000 liters per day
  • Several activities of distribution of Ration, winter clothes and distribution of foods in flood effected areas for poor communities.
  • CLP (Chars livelihood Program ) Bangladesh Milk Management and Marketing in Pabna Coastal area of Bangladesh ( UK Aid Funded Program)
  • PPAF A livelihood enhancement program in Muzaffar Garh
